Matt served as our youth minister for seventeen years,
our Involvement Minister for nine years, and now as our Pulpit
Minister. He grew up in northern Ohio and received his Bachelor
of Science in Youth Ministry from Oklahoma Christian. He has been
married to his high school sweetheart, Cindy, since 1989, and they are
the proud parents of a daughter. He is a great song leader, teacher
and speaker, and he consistently strives to show himself to be a
servant of God daily in all areas of his life.

Ryan graduated in 2002 with a degree in Music Ministry from Rochester College. Soon after graduation, he moved to Central Ohio with his wife and placed membership here at RRCC, where she attended while growing up. He has been thankful to serve as the Children’s Minister since 2015. He loves the families of this congregation and feels very blessed to have been given this opportunity. He particularly enjoys helping lead the children in worship, working with the Bible Bowl class, and working on VBS skits every summer. Ryan and his wife have 4 beautiful children.

Josh started attending Richland Road in 2007 and started serving as a Deacon in October 2015. He has a heart for working with children, which lead him to serving as our Youth Minister in December 2016. Josh also serves on the NWOCYC Board of Directors which he has been doing since January 2013. He and His wife Kimberly, along with their 2 daughters, coordinate our food giveaway program. Josh is also employed as a Lieutenant Firefighter and Paramedic with the Marion Township Fire Department.
